Nucleofill is a polynucleotide-based injectable skin booster. It is not a filler and does not add volume — it works by improving the quality of the skin itself, stimulating fibroblast activity and improving hydration and firmness from within the dermis.
It sits alongside Profhilo and Rejuran in the skin booster category, and the three are frequently confused. They do related but distinguishable things.

In practice these are often sequenced rather than chosen between. Which comes first depends on whether the dominant problem is quality, repair or hydration — which is a diagnosis, not a preference.
What it does not do
Nucleofill will not lift a descended jawline. If the problem is structural laxity, energy-based tightening such as XERF is the appropriate treatment and a booster will disappoint. It also does not replace lost volume. Being told plainly which problem you have is the point of seeing a specialist.

What is the difference between Nucleofill and Profhilo?
Nucleofill is polynucleotide-based and works primarily on dermal firmness and skin quality. Profhilo is ultra-pure hyaluronic acid and works primarily on hydration and bio-remodelling. They address related but distinguishable problems and are often sequenced rather than chosen between.
Is Nucleofill the same as Rejuran?
Both are polynucleotide-based. Rejuran is generally directed at repair, texture and pore refinement; Nucleofill at firmness and dermal quality, and it is often used on the neck, jawline and under-eye area.
Will Nucleofill lift my jawline?
No. It improves skin quality and firmness but does not lift structural descent. If the jawline has dropped, energy-based tightening such as XERF is the appropriate treatment.
